Review links for your client

Share a link so your client can view, comment, or approve without creating an account.

A review link lets anyone view a campaign in the browser, with no account and nothing to install. Depending on the permission you choose, they can also comment or approve.

Create a link

  1. Open the campaign and go to the Approval tab.
  2. Click Create review link.
  3. Write a Link name so you can recognize it later.
  4. Under Permission, choose View only, Comment, or Approve.
  5. Under Expires in, choose 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. The default is 14 and can be changed in Settings (from 1 to 90 days).
  6. If you want, turn on Require PIN (from 4 to 12 letters or numbers). Your workspace can require it in Settings.
  7. Click Create link and copy the link. It is shown in full only once.
Warning. Save the link when you create it. Afterwards you will only see its name and status. If you lose it, create another one and revoke the previous one.

Managing links

  • The list shows whether each link is active, expired, or revoked, and when it was last used.
  • You can revoke a link at any time; it stops working instantly.
  • Comments and decisions stay in the campaign, labeled with the link name.
