Your client approves with a link.
No accounts and no email attachments. Your client comments on the banner at the exact spot and approves each size. You see everything in one place.
Comments at the exact spot
The reviewer marks the spot on the banner and writes what to change. No more “the button at the top left.”
Approve each size, or all of them
One decision per piece or a single one for the whole campaign, with a note if changes are requested.
Every decision is recorded
Who approved what and when, with history. If you edit afterward, the changed items go back to review.
From sending to approval, in three steps.
Send for review
Choose the pieces, who reviews, and when the link expires. If you want, lock editing in the meantime.
The client reviews
They open the link (with a PIN if you asked for one), comment on the banner, and approve or request changes.
Fix and export
Apply the changes; approved pieces are marked, and you can export them without a watermark.

Questions about approval
Does my client need an account?
No. They receive a link, comment on the banner, and approve. The link expires (14 days by default, between 1 and 90) and can require a PIN.
Can I revoke a link?
Yes, whenever you want. The link stops working immediately, and the action is recorded.
What happens if I edit after they approved?
The pieces you changed go back to “pending review.” What was already approved and unchanged stays approved.
Can I lock editing while it is under review?
Yes, when you send it for review. If changes are requested, the lock is released so your team can make them.
What does the client see if I export something unapproved?
The piece is exported with an “UNAPPROVED” watermark, and the export report flags it.
