Haiku 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Opus 5.5, and Fable 5.1: when to use each one and how to check the current version.

BannerMotion works with four AI models, from the most economical to the most capable. They are interchangeable: you can choose one per concept, or keep the one your workspace comes with. Today they are Haiku 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Opus 5.5, and Fable 5.1.

Which one to choose

ModelWhen to use itConcept, from (credits)
Haiku 5.5
The most economical. For many variants, tests, and volume. Costs half the credits of Sonnet 5.5.
5
Sonnet 5.5
The default option. The balance: fast and sufficient for almost everything.
10
Opus 5.5
More elaborate. For the concepts that need more care. Costs twice as much in credits.
19
Fable 5.1
The most capable and the most expensive in the family. For the most ambitious pieces. Costs five times as much in credits.
48

You choose the model when creating the campaign, in the studio chat and, as the default, in Settings. The credits for a 1-size, 1-language concept are the ones in the table; with more sizes or languages they go up (see Credits). Refinements touching 1 to 4 sizes cost 3 credits with Haiku 5.5, 5 with Sonnet 5.5, 10 with Opus 5.5, and 25 with Fable 5.1.

Check the current version

If your system shows the model name, read it from the API instead of typing it by hand. No key is required: it is in the reference, under “Public models”.
