Campaigns and versions

How concepts are grouped, what a piece is, and how the history works.

A campaign groups the work for a single order. Inside it, each banner idea is a concept (or set), already generated in all the sizes and languages of the campaign.

Every change you make creates a new version and does not delete the earlier ones.

Concepts and pieces

A campaign has a list of sizes and a list of languages. Each combination of size and language is a piece: a file that is measured, approved, and exported. For example, 300x250 in es-CR is one piece, and 300x250 in en-US is another. A concept with 4 sizes in 3 languages has 12 pieces.

Versions

Each generation, refinement, or change to sizes creates a version. In the campaign’s History tab you can compare two versions and restore an earlier one; restoring creates a new version, so nothing is lost.

Note. If you change a concept that already had approved pieces, those pieces go to “To review again”. This is intentional: what is exported is always what was approved.
