BannerMotion versus doing it by hand.

Replace the sample values with your campaign's. You will see what it costs to make all its pieces by hand (each size in each language) and how many credits 1 concept uses in BannerMotion, which already includes all of them.

Your campaignThe values are samples: replace them with yours.

By hand, each size in each language is a piece you make separately. In BannerMotion, 1 concept already includes all of those pieces. That is why by hand we count pieces and in BannerMotion, concepts.

By hand12.5 h · $31315 pieces, one by one (5 sizes × 3 languages)
With BannerMotion29 credits for 1 full conceptWorth $2.80 at the credit price of "Starter plan", if you use all the credits in that pack.
  • Generate the concept in 5 sizes and 3 language(s): 17 credits
  • 2 rounds of concept corrections: 12 credits
Time: [minutes, to be measured]

Credits for 1 concept with the sizes and languages you enter and the correction rounds (each one touches all the sizes), according to the formula in the price table and the model you choose: concept 8 + 1.5 × sizes + 0.5 × (languages − 1) with Sonnet, correction 4 + 1 for every 4 sizes (everything is multiplied by the model: for 1 size and 1 language, concept from 5 credits with Haiku 5.5 to 48 with Fable 5.1; for 1 to 4 sizes, correction from 3 credits with Haiku 5.5 to 25 with Fable 5.1); translating one language later costs 1 credit with any of them. The by-hand calculation uses only your numbers; it does not include meetings, new illustration or testing on the platform.

The steps, side by side

By hand

  1. Write the brief and gather the assets.
  2. Design the first size.
  3. Adapt the design to each size.
  4. Translate and adjust the text for each language.
  5. Animate each piece.
  6. Send it for review by email and apply the changes.
  7. Export, measure the weight and test the clickTag.

With BannerMotion

  1. Describe the campaign and choose the sizes and languages.
  2. Pick a concept from those generated: it already comes in every size and language.
  3. Adjust with the chat.
  4. Send your client an approval link.
  5. Export the pieces, already measured and with clickTag.

When doing it by hand still makes sense

If there are few pieces, if you need a very specific illustration, or if your team already has templates that work, doing it by hand may be best. BannerMotion pays off when there are many pieces (many sizes and languages) and many changes.
