Creative brief

A short document that explains what you want to communicate, to whom, and under what conditions, before producing the creative.

In detail

The creative brief answers, before you start, the questions that prevent corrections: objective, audience, main message, offer, call to action, tone, brand, sizes, languages, dates, and where it will run.

In BannerMotion, the brief is the text you use to describe the banner in “New banner.” The more specific it is (headline, button, style), the fewer corrections you will need.

Example

Objective: sell iced coffee. Audience: ages 18 to 30. Message: “Your morning, well roasted.” Button: “Try it today.” Sizes: 300×250 and 728×90.
