1. What this policy is for
This policy sets out what you may not ask BannerMotion to do or do with the service. It forms part of the Terms of Service. If anything is unclear, ask us before you publish.
2. What is prohibited
Do not use BannerMotion to create, upload, generate or distribute:
- Trademarks, logos, characters or designs owned by third parties without the owner’s authorization.
- Content that impersonates a real person, or uses their name, image or voice without their permission.
- Deceptive advertising: false offers, prices or conditions, or claims the advertiser cannot substantiate.
- Fake close buttons, fake system or error messages, or any element that misleads users about what a click does.
- Malicious code (malware), hidden or automatic redirects, or any attempt to compromise the devices or data of anyone who views the banner.
- Content that is illegal where it is published, including content that incites violence, discrimination or the exploitation of minors.
- Unsubstantiated health or financial claims: miraculous cures, guaranteed returns or other promises you cannot prove or that your industry regulates.
3. What you may not do with the service
- Circumvent usage limits, credits, account verification or other security measures.
- Resell or transfer access to the API, or integrate it into a product for third parties, without a written agreement with BannerMotion.
- Attempt to obtain the service’s code, internal prompts or models, or use the service to train another AI system.
- Use the service in a way that harms its availability for other people.
4. Regulated sectors
If you advertise medicines, financial services, alcohol, gambling or other regulated products, you are responsible for reviewing the content and for ensuring it complies with the rules of your sector and of each platform. The AI does not write or translate regulatory text. More detail is in the AI Terms.
5. What happens in case of breach
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close the account, and notify authorities when the law requires it. If you believe we got it wrong, write to us and we will review it. [PLACEHOLDER: appeal process and deadlines.]
6. How to report abuse
If you see a banner made with BannerMotion that breaks this policy, or that uses your trademark without permission, write to [PLACEHOLDER: legal email] with the link or a screenshot.
