1. How AI works in BannerMotion
BannerMotion uses artificial intelligence models to propose layouts, text and motion from your brief. It is a support tool: the output may contain errors or may not be what you wanted, and you review and adjust it.
2. Your brief and what you upload
You are responsible for your brief and everything you upload. You warrant that you have the rights to use your logos, images and fonts in advertising, including the web or advertising license for any fonts. Do not upload material you cannot legally use.
When you upload a file, we ask you to confirm that you hold those rights. If a rights holder makes a claim, we may remove the material and ask you for an explanation.
3. What you can do with the output
BannerMotion grants you a broad, perpetual license to use the generated output for commercial purposes, including ads and campaigns, without paying additional fees for that use. You may modify it, publish it and deliver it to your clients.
We do not guarantee that the output is protected by copyright, or that it is different from works that already exist. Two similar briefs may produce similar results. This license does not include third-party trademarks, logos, images or fonts that appear because you uploaded them.
4. Review before publishing
Before you publish a banner, review the text, data, prices, conditions, translations and images. You are responsible for what is published, including before the advertising platform and the law. BannerMotion’s automated checks help, but they do not replace your review.
5. Regulated sectors
In regulated sectors (for example, pharmaceuticals with their important safety information, finance, alcohol and gambling), you or your regulatory team must review and approve the content. The AI does not write or translate regulatory text: you write or translate that text yourself, and the product does not certify compliance with any rule.
6. AI providers and data processing
To generate a banner, the text of your brief and banners is processed by AI providers (Anthropic), which act as sub-processors under their commercial terms. If you enable visual review, banner images are also sent to them.
The up-to-date list of sub-processors is on the site’s sub-processors page. [PLACEHOLDER: data use conditions for each provider, to be confirmed by legal review against their current contracts.]
7. AI-generated content
Banners are content generated with the help of AI. The product labels that content as AI-generated where regulations require it. If you publish in a place that requires disclosure, you are also responsible for complying with that rule.
8. Limits and changes
Models and their outputs change over time. We may change provider or model to maintain quality and safety. If a change affects how your data is handled, we will update this document and the sub-processors list.
