  2. Complete the submission

Choose the campaign, leave "Internal reviewer" checked (it notifies Reviewers and Admin), write an optional message ("what the person reviewing should look at"), and decide whether to turn on "Lock editing while under review", which prevents changes to what is being approved.

  3. Press "Send"

The pieces go into review. The reviewer can "Approve all" or "Request changes" with a comment; what they ask for goes back to the chat or to the manual adjustments.

  4. Create the link for the client

Press "Create link for client" (or "Create review link"). Give it a name, choose the permission ("View only", "Comment", or "Approve"), and how long it lasts: 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Optionally turn on "Require PIN": a code of 4 to 12 letters or numbers that the client types to open the link.

  5. Copy the link

The full link is shown only once, when you create it, and for security we only keep a fingerprint of it. Copy it and send it to your client. If you lose it, create another one and revoke the previous one.

  6. The client reviews and approves

The person opens the link without needing an account, sees the banner in each size, leaves comments on the banner itself, and can "Approve this size" or "Request changes to this size". You see the status of each piece in the campaign.
