What to do if a generation fails
The credits are refunded, so you can try again.
If a generation fails, you are not charged: the credits are returned to your balance.
- Try again. Sometimes a second attempt is enough.
- If it fails again, simplify the description or try another model.
- If it says you don’t have enough credits, top up or wait for the renewal.
Note. If the problem continues, write to us from “Contact support” with the approximate time of the attempt.
