Careful messaging, with the legal disclaimer in plain view.

Products, rates, and campaigns in a calm tone, the legal disclaimer inside the banner, and an approval that leaves a record.

The problem

Every piece passes through many hands.

  • The legal disclaimer must be visible and fit every size.
  • Several teams approve each piece, and every change reopens the round.
  • Products are communicated across several markets and languages.
How BannerMotion solves it

Visual review, approval with history.

  • The legal disclaimer is one more text in the banner, and the visual review checks that it fits every size.
  • Who approved what, and when, is recorded; if you edit, the change goes back to review.
  • Languages come out in the same generation and are reviewed in a table.

How it works, step by step

  1. Write the message

Product, audience, legal disclaimer, and tone.

  2. Choose and adjust

Concepts and corrections with the chat.

  3. Teams approve

Marketing and legal, with a link and history.

  4. Export

HTML5 with clickTag and measured weight; optional MP4, GIF, or PNG/JPG image.

Frequently asked questions

Does BannerMotion check my legal disclaimers for compliance?

No. BannerMotion checks that the text fits and looks right, but legal and compliance review remains with your team. The approval workflow helps you record who approved each piece.

Can I record who approved each piece?

Yes: each approval is logged in the history with who approved it and when, and any later edit sends the piece back to review.

Do you offer SSO?

Not yet. SSO means signing in with your company’s login; it is planned for the Enterprise plan. [Date to be confirmed.]
